What is Vwaza

Vwaza is an African multimedia platform for music, TV, podcasts, and creative content. Music is live today, with TV, podcasts, and beats coming soon. Whether you want to discover and purchase content or distribute your own work and earn from it, Vwaza provides the tools you need. One account gives you access to all Vwaza platforms: the Music app for listeners, the Studio dashboard for creators, and a central account dashboard at vwaza.com to manage everything.

Groups & Collaboration

Beyond individual Fan and Creator accounts, Vwaza supports group-based roles for organizations that work with multiple artists or content. These are not separate account types: they are groups you create or join while keeping your individual account.

Labels

Manage a roster of artists, coordinate releases, and handle distribution across the platform.

Publishers

Manage rights, distribution, and royalties for catalogs of creative work.

Creative Collectives

Collaborate with other creators under a shared identity while maintaining your individual profile.

Artist Management

Represent and manage artists, handling their presence and business on the platform.

How groups work

Your account type (Fan or Creator) is your individual identity. Groups add collaborative capabilities on top of that. A creator can be a member of a label, a collective, or both at the same time. Permissions within each group depend on your role: Owner, Admin, or Member.
