Buying on Vwaza

Buying merch from your favourite Vwaza creators takes about a minute. Here is the full flow.

Browsing the store

Visit store.vwaza.com to browse merchandise from approved Vwaza creators. You can search by name, filter by category (Apparel, Accessories, Music & Media, Digital Downloads, Collectibles), or open a seller's store page to see only their items.

Adding to cart

Pick the variant you want (size, colour, etc.), set the quantity, and click Add to cart. Your cart lives in your browser, so you can leave and come back later on the same device and your items will still be there.

Why carts are single-seller

At launch, your cart can only contain items from one seller at a time. If you add an item from a different creator, you will be asked whether you want to clear the existing cart or save it. Why? Because each seller ships from their own location, sets their own shipping fee, and is paid separately. Single-seller carts keep checkout simple and the money flow clean.

Buying from two creators?

You can place two separate orders, one for each creator. Each will get its own confirmation, tracking, and refund window.

Checking out

Click Checkout from your cart

You will be asked to sign in with your Vwaza account, or to create one if you do not have one yet. The same account works on Vwaza Music.

Choose your currency

Pick your preferred currency. Prices are stored in USD and converted using today's exchange rate. Defaults to your country's currency.

Enter your shipping address

Full name, phone number, address, city, country. The seller can only ship to countries they have enabled.

Pay

Choose mobile money (Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, M-Pesa, etc. via PawaPay) or a card (Visa or Mastercard via PayChangu) and complete payment in the provider's secure flow.

After payment

You will get an order confirmation email and your order will appear in your account under Orders. The seller is notified to ship. Your money is held safely in escrow until 14 days after the seller marks the order as Shipped, so you have a long window to raise any issues.

What to do next

  • Track the order from your account or the public order tracking page.
  • Watch your email for shipping updates.
  • If anything goes wrong, request a return from the order page within 10 business days of delivery.
