What the merch store is
The Vwaza Merch Store lets approved Vwaza creators sell physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, posters, music and media, collectibles, and digital downloads) directly to their fans. Buyers shop on store.vwaza.com using the same Vwaza account they already use to listen to music.
Who it is for
The store is built for Malawian creators who want to sell to both local and international fans, and for fans anywhere in the world who want to support those creators directly. You do not need a registered business to start. You do need a Vwaza Creator account, at least one published audio release on Vwaza Music, and a verified national ID.
Three things to know
Sell merch
Apply with KYC, list your products, and ship to the countries you choose. Vwaza handles payments, currency conversion, and buyer support.
Buy merch
Browse, pay in your local currency with mobile money or card, and track your order. Every purchase is protected by escrow.
Get paid
Vwaza takes a flat 15% commission. The remaining 85% is paid out to you bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of each month.

How payments and protection work
Vwaza holds the buyer's money in escrow from the moment they pay. The seller does not receive funds until the order has been marked Shipped and a 14-day buyer dispute window has passed. If something goes wrong during that window, Vwaza can refund the buyer directly from escrow without chasing the seller. Once the window clears, the funds become eligible for the next bi-weekly payout.
