Crash Reporting & Diagnostics
Our mobile apps (Vwaza Music, Vwaza Studio) use Google Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash and stability reports so we can detect, diagnose, and fix bugs that affect your experience. Crashlytics is provided by Google LLC and is governed by Google's privacy practices in addition to this policy.
What Crash Reports Include
- Stack trace of the crash and the line of code where it happened
- Device model, operating system, and app version
- Approximate crash location (e.g. screen or feature in use)
- Your Vwaza account ID, so we can correlate crashes with reports you submit to support
- Logs you have triggered shortly before the crash (no message contents)
What We Do NOT Send
- Your name, email, password, or payment information
- Music files, listening history, or playlists
- Messages, search queries, or content you create or upload
- Precise GPS location
Crash reports are sent to Google Firebase servers when you next open the app after a crash. We use this data solely to improve app stability and quality.
In our development and pre-release builds, crash reporting is disabled. It is only active in the public, store-released versions of the apps.
If you would like us to delete the crash reports associated with your account, contact us at privacy@vwaza.com with your account email and we will request deletion from Google Firebase on your behalf.
International Transfers
We are based in Malawi and the information we collect is governed by Malawian law. By accessing or using our Platform or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to Malawi and other countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
